1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Test - Create quizzes, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the Android app, local features, cloud features, account features, sync, backup, community, AI-assisted generation, optional premium features, ads, export features, support, and related pages operated by Simple Test App.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app.

2. Service description

The App lets you create, practice, organize, generate, back up, publish, share, and export quizzes. Some features work locally on your device, while others may require an account, an internet connection, cloud services, ads, AI-assisted generation, Google Play purchases, or optional premium features.

Features may be optional, limited, plan-dependent, region-dependent, introduced gradually, or temporarily unavailable.

The App focuses on quiz creation and practice through questions and answers. It does not provide structured learning programs, professional advice, or guaranteed learning outcomes.

3. User accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account secure, and preventing unauthorized use. We may use authentication and security services to verify your identity, protect the account, prevent abuse, and operate cloud features.

We may require email verification, basic profile completion, or security requirements before enabling certain features, such as backup, sync, community, generation, publishing, purchases, or premium features.

4. User Content

User Content may include quiz titles, descriptions, questions, answer options, correct answers, explanations, corrections, hints, tags, languages, collections, public quizzes, results, progress, files, or other content you create, generate, upload, publish, share, import, or export.

You keep ownership of your User Content. By uploading, backing up, syncing, publishing, or sharing content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, process, display, distribute, and operate that content according to your settings and only as needed to provide and protect the service.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use, import, publish, share, or export it.

5. Public content and community

If you publish content as public, other users may view, answer, save, share, download, or interact with it depending on available features. Public content may appear in community areas, search results, tags, language filters, categories, or other discovery features.

You may change or delete certain content depending on the options available in the App. However, if other users have already downloaded, exported, copied, saved, or shared content outside the App, we may not be able to remove those external copies.

We may remove, restrict, unpublish, or anonymize public content when necessary for safety, reports, legal compliance, rights infringement, abuse, technical error, or violation of these terms.

6. Prohibited content and acceptable use

You may not use the App to create, upload, generate, publish, share, import, or distribute content that:

• infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or harmful;
• promotes hate, violence, discrimination, abuse, exploitation, or harassment;
• includes personal data of others without authorization;
• includes sensitive, confidential, password, financial, or government identification information without a valid basis;
• contains malware, spam, abusive automation, manipulation, or attempts to bypass limits;
• involves sexual exploitation, abuse, or sexual content involving minors;
• violates applicable policies, laws, third-party rights, or these terms.

7. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features, such as quick generation, are intended to help create an initial quiz draft or related quiz content. They are not structured learning programs, professional advice, or a guarantee of accuracy.

Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, saving, publishing, or sharing generated content.

You must not use AI-assisted features to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content. We may apply filters, usage limits, abuse-prevention checks, report handling, or moderation controls to AI-assisted requests and generated content.

If you publish or share generated content, that content is subject to the community rules, reports, moderation, and prohibited content rules in these terms.

8. Reports and moderation

Users may be able to report public quizzes, generated content, or other content they believe is incorrect, offensive, harmful, illegal, infringing, or against our rules.

We may review reports, remove, restrict, unpublish, or anonymize content, limit access to features, apply additional limits, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users, the service, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.

We do not guarantee that all reported content will be removed or that all content will be reviewed immediately. We may make moderation decisions based on available information, severity, legal requirements, service safety, and applicable policies.

9. Plans, subscriptions, purchases, and premium features

Some features may require a subscription, in-app purchase, rewarded ad, account sign-in, or optional premium access. Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google’s terms. Pricing, renewal rules, trial conditions, and cancellation options are shown at purchase time. We do not store your full payment card details.

Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through Google Play.

In some cases, access to premium or limited features may be granted manually for promotions, compensation, education, testing, support, or administrative reasons. Manual access is not a purchase, may not renew automatically, and may be modified or revoked if granted in error, abused, expired, or no longer applicable.

Premium features, benefits, limits, and availability may vary depending on plan, app version, region, remote configuration, service availability, account status, or abuse-prevention rules.

10. Limits, quotas, archiving, and expiration

To manage costs, service quality, fairness, and abuse prevention, the App may enforce free, ad-supported, rewarded, premium, daily, periodic, storage, cloud, sharing, and generation limits.

If you exceed applicable limits, if premium access expires, if a subscription is cancelled or cannot be verified, or if service rules require it, some cloud content may be archived, restricted, hidden from sharing, or unavailable for editing until limits are restored or the content is brought within allowed limits.

Archived or over-limit content may be retained for up to 12 months. After that, it may be permanently deleted. Restoration may occur automatically or manually when limits are restored, premium access is renewed, or your account becomes eligible again.

Limits may change over time for technical reasons, infrastructure costs, abuse prevention, plan changes, service availability, or remote configuration.

11. Ads and rewarded access

The App may show ads, including banner ads, interstitial ads, medium rectangle ads, and rewarded ads when available. Rewarded ads may provide access to certain limited actions or additional attempts, but do not guarantee unrestricted access.

Ad or reward availability may depend on ad inventory, region, account status, app version, remote configuration, abuse-prevention limits, and service availability.

If an ad does not load, fails, is closed before completion, or cannot be verified correctly, the associated reward or action may not be available.

12. Export, import, and sharing

If you export quizzes to PDF, import files or content, or share content outside the App, you are responsible for the information included and for having the right to use, import, export, publish, or share it.

We do not control copies exported, downloaded, copied, saved, or shared outside the App, and those copies may not be removed if you later delete your account or content.

Compatibility with files, formats, exports, or imports may vary depending on app version, device, operating system, device permissions, or feature availability.

13. Privacy and data deletion

Use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information.

Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Local data stored only on your device, exported PDFs, files shared outside the App, and copies saved by other users are not automatically deleted when you delete your account.

14. Security, abuse, and service integrity

We may use technical and organizational measures to protect the App, accounts, content, and infrastructure. This may include account verification, App Check, abuse-prevention controls, usage limits, technical logs, fraud detection, purchase validation, and access restrictions.

You may not attempt to bypass limits, gain unauthorized access, manipulate ads or rewards, automate abusive requests, scrape content at scale, interfere with infrastructure, compromise security, or use the App in a way that affects service quality for other users.

15. Suspension, restriction, and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or certain features if you violate these terms, use the App abusively, generate or publish prohibited content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to bypass limits, manipulate purchases or ads, affect service security, or if necessary for legal, technical, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We may also restrict, archive, unpublish, or remove content; limit generation, sharing, cloud, community, or premium features; or suspend accounts when necessary for safety, compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment, failed purchase verification, or repeated violations.

16. Service availability and changes

The App and its features may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or remove features for technical, legal, security, business, cost, maintenance, abuse-prevention, provider availability, or service improvement reasons.

We do not guarantee that all features will be available in all countries, devices, versions, accounts, plans, or times.

17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure at all times, or that content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose.

The App is a quiz creation and practice tool. It does not provide structured learning programs, professional advice, or guaranteed learning outcomes.

You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it, especially when content is generated, imported, public, or created by other users.

18. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required to accept these terms or consent to data processing in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

19. Applicable law

These terms will be interpreted according to applicable laws, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed to reflect changes in the App, features, legal requirements, providers, security, or operational practices. We will indicate the effective date and, if changes are material, we may notify you in-app.
